En su apertura se reitera por parte Kadir Topbas\u0327, Presidente de CGLU<a href=\"#_ftn1\" name=\"_ftnref1\" title=\"\">[1]<\/a>, Alcalde de Estambul el respaldo al presidente Juan Manuel Santos en su gesti\u00f3n para la construcci\u00f3n de una paz estable y duradera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante su apertura se anuncia por parte de Juan Manuel Santos y Enrique Pe\u00f1aloza (Alcalde de Bogot\u00e1) el inicio de la construcci\u00f3n del metro elevado para el a\u00f1o 2018 con 70% de financiaci\u00f3n nacional y 30% de aportes del presupuesto capitalino.
