El componente acad\u00e9mico y la coordinaci\u00f3n general de la participaci\u00f3n del departamento estuvo a cargo de los equipos de la Direcci\u00f3n de Turismo, Direcci\u00f3n Administrativa de Cultura y del Programa de Soberan\u00eda y Seguridad Alimentaria, denot\u00e1ndose una eficiente articulaci\u00f3n administrativa alrededor del sentido que la gastronom\u00eda adquiere para el impulso del territorio, desde los saberes tradicionales y desde el trabajo que hoy hacen chefs y cocineros de cada una de las subregiones de Nari\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter
